SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Diapers and Duds ships domestic orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) or DHL. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order, we ship to location and the level of service you choose. Our online shopping cart provides you with a choice of available UPS or DHL services for domestic customers. Shipping charges can be obtained prior to completion of your order by phoning 603-772-4249. Please add the items you wish to your order prior to obtaining a shipping quote as shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order. UPS & DHL services are fully trackable. UPS & DHL Next Day, Second Day and Ground services are also available.

Please Note: We ship using DHL and UPS. At this time, shipping costs are calculated after checkout. You will be contacted with the shipping amount, which is based on total weight of your order. Payment for these costs will be due at that time. Your order cannot be shipped until all shipping and handling fees have been paid.

Payment Terms and Return Policy
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express & PayPal. We accept checks, but don´t ship until the check clears. Returned checks are subject to a $30 service fee

What is your return Policy?
Any items purchased may be returned within 30 days for a full refund in accordance with the following:
1- Returned products are unused and unwashed and returned clean and in resalable condition.
2- Copy of sales receipt must accompany returned items.
3- Please write reason for return on the invoice.
4- Original shipping charges will not be refunded and return postage is not reimbursable.
